Custom Made Tins

We make tins specially designed for the customers. We can use either our existing tin shapes with our customers' own designs or make new shapes according to our customers' new designs.

• Minimum Order: 5,000 pieces for large size tin; 10,000 pieces for small size tin
• Print: We accept 1-6 colors for the printing. Artwork and print plates are paid by the customer
• Lead Time:
  • Using our existing stock design: Ready to ship within 45 days after receipt of confirmation of the order
  • Using our stock tin for customer's own design: Ready to ship within 6-8 weeks after paper proof is agreed upon
  • New tooling: Allow 12 weeks for the making of new tooling and 4 more weeks for forming the tin once the new tooling is finished
  • Repeat order for custom-made tins: Allow 6 weeks after receipt of the confirmation

  • Tin shape and size
  • Our item number (if using our existing stock tin)
  • Quantity
  • Required shipping date
  • Destination of the shipment
